Tracy Garcia

Tracy Garcia has a B.A. in English and Spanish from Howard Payne University. She is certified in Early Childhood Education through 12th grade in English and ESL. She has taught in both public and private schools from second through 12th grade for many years. Her career transitioned from education to writing professionally, first as a technical writer in computer software for eight years and then as a medical and freelance writer for four years.

Tracy currently teaches High School English and Creative Writing and is the Faculty Sponsor of the Aussie Magazine.  She is thrilled to be at AESA and takes great joy in teaching our amazing students and working in cooperation with parents to see them learn and grow. 

 

Tracy has lived in Austin and now Dripping Springs for over 20 years. She is raising her own three children with her husband in this wonderful community!
