Natalie Majerus

ELAR & Social Studies

Natalie is in her second year on the AESA faculty and will be teaching ELAR and Social Studies to the upper elementary. She is dedicated to shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. Originally from Keller, TX, Natalie has a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Texas State University. She also holds a Texas Teaching Certificate as an EC-6 Generalist. She is a former preschool teacher and taught 1st grade in San Marcos, where she was recognized for her dedication by receiving the Diamond of the Year award.

Natalie draws inspiration from her educational experiences and mentors, including her fourth-grade teacher, whose engaging teaching style and genuine care for students deeply influenced her. At AESA, Natalie aims to cultivate foundational academic skills and foster social-emotional learning and critical thinking among her students. Her classroom is known for its warmth and humor, creating an environment where students feel comfortable, engaged, and eager to learn.

Outside of her professional life, Natalie enjoys reading, attending concerts, and spending quality time with her family, including her parents, three sisters, and beloved niece, Josie Love.
