Marge Morle
Mathematics & Dir of Entrepreneurial Institute
Marge is currently in her fifth year at AESA Prep Academy and is excited to be joining the Middle School Team as a mathematics teacher. Originally from WrocÅ‚aw, Poland, Marge brings a rich international background to her work, having moved to the UK for her post-secondary studies before eventually settling in the U.S. Her early career was in accounting, but everything changed after the birth of her son—an experience that sparked her passion for child development and education.

She holds an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education from Cañada College in California and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Teaching from Texas State University. She also holds a Master of Education from Texas State. Marge's teaching philosophy blends her love of math with a child-centered approach. Her goal is to empower students with the confidence, curiosity, and critical thinking skills they need to thrive.

In 2024, Marge was honored as AESA’s Elementary Teacher of the Year. She is committed to creating a classroom where students feel safe, valued, and encouraged to take risks and explore ideas. Guided by the wisdom of her math teacher—who taught her that numeracy skills are the foundation of life—Marge strives to help students find joy in learning and discovery.
She lives in Dripping Springs with her husband, Maxwell, and a lively household of pets including one dog, three cats, and a bearded dragon. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, bouldering, and simply being a homebody.
