Brenden Campbell

Brenden teaches Middle School level ELAR and High School level Creative Writing here at AESA in addition to also providing Academic Support and College/SAT Prep. Originally from South Florida, Brenden holds a B.A. in English Creative Writing from the University of South Florida. He is certified in ELAR instruction from 6th through 12th grade, and is additionally a certified Special Education Specialist from Early Childhood through 12th grade.
 

Brenden began his teaching journey back in High School where he found his love of education in the small staff writing lessons he would run as the copy editor of his High School newspaper. After University, Brenden spent the last 5 years teaching High School ELAR in South Florida - dividing his time between challenging his High Achieving Cambridge/Honors students and growing an appreciation for literature in his reading intensive students.
 

A newcomer to Austin, Texas, Brenden spends his free time finding new seafood restaurants, movie theaters, and green spaces to enjoy
