Audrey Pillion

Audrey Pillion joins AESA Prep Academy as an upper elementary mathematics teacher, bringing a diverse background and a passion for education. Audrey earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Texas State University. ​Growing up in Keller, TX, Audrey was inspired to pursue a career in education by her best friend, whose enthusiasm and dedication to teaching deeply influenced her decision.

 

Audrey's studies and focus on mathematics were born from a deep-seated love of art. Seeking to understand and apply the mathematical principles that underlie artistic concepts, such as balance, proportion, and geometry, Audrey believes in exploring the logical beauty of mathematics and appreciates how it helps elucidate the world around us.

Audrey is driven by the opportunity to impact young students positively and aims to create a safe, encouraging environment where children's confidence can flourish. Outside the classroom, she enjoys paddle boarding, thrifting, hiking, painting, and photography.
