Adrian Garza

Adrian Garza is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the AESA Prep International School System and the School Administrator at AESA Prep Academy. Adrian graduated from St. Edward’s University in 2016 and holds a BBA degree in Finance.

Adrian is dedicated to creating and improving blended-learning programs for athletes globally. He collaborates with academies specializing in tennis, golf, equestrian, water polo, and more, ensuring students receive a world-class education while pursuing their passions.

He also manages the school's Learning Management System, Brightspace, overseeing its integration, operation, continual improvement, and all other aspects of Brightspace.

Adrian works closely with the CFO to manage the schools’ finances and other resource management activities. Adrian also helps oversee strategic planning and accreditation compliance. Adrian’s primary pursuit is to continually provide an effective and positive learning environment as well as a commitment to student success.

Outside of school, Adrian is passionate about fitness, health, tennis, and pickleball. He achieved a career-high rank of #72 on the PPA Tour (Professional Pickleball Association). At St. Edward’s, he won four consecutive conference championships, made the All-Conference Team multiple times, and received sportsmanship awards. He and his father, Rick Garza, also have achieved a national ranking of 3rd in the USTA as a father-son duo.
